About Whiskee Business Bakery

My name is Georgi, I am the the one woman team behind Whiskee Business
Bakery, my mission is simple: to bring joy to your taste buds with every bite. My passion for baking is reflected in the quality and flavour of my homemade
creations, which are crafted with love, skill, and the finest ingredients, all baked and decorated to order.

Whiskee Business was born in 2023 in a cosy little kitchen in Ringwood, my
passion for food started many years before that, working my way up the chef
ladder and getting patisserie school under my belt, until I finally took the plunge and opened up my micro bakery, I joined Hampshire Farmers Markets and never looked back, I now attend various events, markets and festivals, cater for events/parties, create bespoke orders and wholesale!

I moved to a larger unit in Summer 2024 and now Whiskee Business has become a full time job. There’s something for everyone at Whiskee Business Bakery from postal
brownies to wedding cakes! I also cater to special dietary needs, offering gluten-free and vegan options without compromising on taste. Please see the menu for more infomation.

I am proud to be a part of the local community in Ringwood, I source ingredients locally and organically whenever possible. I use eco friendly, biodegradable packaging so I am being as sustainable as possible. When there are left over products from the stall that have no home to go too, I donate or give to local businesses to make sure nothing goes to waste.
